Return & Exchange Policy for Sarees

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of the Saree: The saree must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • Packaging: The saree must be returned in the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
  • Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect or error in the order.

2. Process for Return/Exchange:

  • Initiate a Request: To return or exchange a saree, contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included in the return package.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the saree was delivered damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Sarees:

  • If the saree arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description on the website, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost.
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return/exchange for defective items.

4. Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once the returned saree is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [X] business days.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange Requests: Exchanges are offered for size issues or if the saree does not meet your expectations in terms of color/design, based on stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Special sale or clearance items.

7. International Orders:

  • For international returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and customs duties or taxes may apply.
